I clearly overstated to information I hadn't investigated for myself. Based on relevant information received, I apoligize to anyone I may have offended.
I accept the responsiblity but not the blame. Let the truth be known, The City of Richmond,CA. since 2004 has supported M.A.S.K. and it's efforts.
I do in fact see the City stepping forward doing better. We must continue working together in order for the Violence to end.
There is no one component that will accomplish this goal. We do a need long term stategy plan.
A Violence Prevention Coordinator is needed and feasible for our city.
