What happened in that chamber was BULL****! I think my only objection to his account was that he didn't let "Meat Loaf" Viramontes have it hard enough! She was just about as bad as Anderson about nickel-n-diming the process into oblivion.
I'm calling the both of them out as THEE prime example of what is absolutely wrong with Richmond! When a city council is more interested in discussing why there shouldn't be discussion, it's time for people like them to GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY!

Viramontes DOES look like Meat Loaf! I would do anything for love, but I sure as hell wouldn't do THAT!

When Viramontes was the Executive Director of the East Bay Safety Corridor many of the Chiefs Of Police cited numerous times how lousy her leadership skills were.
She was also viewed as a know-it-all, a major pain up the ass outsider that was not wanted in the EBSC by a major of cities that were members. Again Mrs. Meatloaf proved one thing then as now!
She does not know what in the hell she is talking about!
