Here here, Mike.
I hope that the boy, his family, his friends, and the city itself will know peace.

Another young life sadly gone too soon.
What will it take to end this madness? Is there any connection between this killing and the RPD sweep in the Iron Triangle yesterday afternoon?

My prayers go out to the family and friends of this young boy.
However, I think it is more than "high-time" that parents/responsible adults make sure that there kids are no longer out on the streets in the evening hours, especially not in Richmond.

I send the Lord's love to the family, because your baby is in heaven.
I pray for the family of those who did this, and pray that they turn themselves in.
If anybody witnessed this crime, please do the right thing. Tell someone.
Cameron was enough. He was enough.

Cold-blooded killers lurking our streets and that Mayor still is IN office and the murderers are still on the streets!

That's the two buzz words...RESIGN NOW!

As I have stated before all Irma Anderson's re-election for Mayor will represent Goon Squads' and 'Political Thugs', vote No against Irma!

Where is the Communist Gayle Mclaughlin in all of this mess. She is hiding because like Mrs, Anderson she has no answers but talk and more talk. Another political hack trying to get elected at the expense of the people of Richmond.

RE: Cameron Walker
One of the BIGGEST problems with the aftermath of Cameron's murder and other like murders is the lack of will for those who know to come forward with information. I understand why people are hesitant, but that only feeds the problem. I personally know two people who know who murdered Cameron, and I suspect there are many others who know. For some reason, these young people want to see the drama go to the next level. They live with this mentality that 'snitchin' ain't cool. In the 'hood', those who are suspected of snitchin', especially in murder cases, are often targets for murder themselves. I find myself in a very difficult position, because I would give my own life to protect the people I know. So the question is, how do we get those who know to step up to the plate and at least tell those of us who are not afraid who we should be focusing our attention on? I want this sub-human off the street, and I want the murders to STOP. My heart breaks out to Cameron's family. I knew Cameron, and I know his brothers, They all used to come around the house and play with my step-son when they were younger. The people who know are all about the same age (teen-agers), so they don't fully understand our plees for information. Drama however, they understand very well. It gives them something to talk about all day and all night on their GETROs. And right now, they're just waiting for the next episode to unfold...
